40 Year Limited Warranty
Wisconsin Pride Stone products are covered for 40 years, and are transferrable from the original owner, when installed on a structure and substrate which conforms to local, state, and national building codes. To be eligible for the warranty, stone must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Wisconsin Pride Stone will repair or replace free-of-charge with new materials those which are determined to be defective.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Settlement of the building or other wall movement.
- Contract with chemicals, paint or salt, including chemicals or high pressure power washers utilized to clean the stone.
- Discoloration due to airborne contaminants.
- Improper or unsatisfactory installation by masons other than those provided by Wisconsin Pride Stone.
- Acts of God.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in Wisconsin Pride Stone manufactured stone products. Wisconsin Pride Stone is not responsible for labor costs incurred in the removal and replacement of defective products.
Wisconsin Pride Stone materials, Hearth Stones for example, are not warranted for use on the ground or as a surface area subject to foot or vehicular traffic.
